My daughter Kelly’s husky Bowie has been coming for over 4 years. He absolutely loves coming. Bowie is not a very talkative husky but on Fridays we certainly know when the van drives down the road as he talks loudly. He can’t wait to get into the van and spend his day at the farm.
Kelly drops bowie at our house for pickup so we see how happy is in on going and coming home.
We have found all your staff very professional, the vans are new and well presented. The method of crating them inside superb.
The council have and are not all dog friendly and we are not surprised the harassment you have been subjected to from them. We need someone to run as mayor on a dog friendly focus.

Our farm is in Kumeu, just 20 mins northwest of the CBD, however the majority of our clients are based in central Auckland and north shore suburbs. We provide a pick up / drop off service to over 50 suburbs.

No, as we look after busy families nearly all our parents aren’t home when we pick up and drop off, we are all police checked and entrusted with keys to homes.

Combined our team has over 65 years of experience working with dogs in a professional capacity.

Our fleet of buses are fully customised to ensure your dog is travelling safely and comfortably. They are all airconditioned and individually crated.

Dogs are picked up between 7-9am and dropped home from 2:30-4:30pm depending on day of the week and suburb.

Dogs are split into groups based on size, age, personality
Teeny Tinies – under 5kgs –e.g Yorkshire terriers, maltese
Smalls – 5-12kgs e.g. cavoodles, mini schnauzers
Mediums 12-22 kgs e.g spaniels, standard schnauzers, wheaten terriers, border collies
Large 22kgs plus – labradors, labradoodles, golden retrievers
Three special needs groups:
Puppies (The youngest at school is 12 weeks. They need rest for growing bones and manners)
Seniors (Eldest at school is 18. They need more gentle care and attention0Special Needs (Might be shyer, or maybe nursing health considerations)

Yes, your dog needs to be up to date with all vaccinations and also flea/tick/worm treatments.

Yes, depending on what is required, but please let us know about medical problems before you arrive and when you come for your tour and complimentary day.

To ensure you and your dog are happy and that we are a good fit for your family and the other families in our care. As a bespoke daycare, we have a number of measures in place to keep all new and existing dogs happy and safe. This means, ensuring that any new pups are given the chance to settle into their new second home. Each dog's behaviour is monitored closely by our specialists on their first day for assessment. This means that we can keep our premises, as a safe and healthy second home for our guests.
